I have more than 18 years of experience in the wide and varied field of Human Resources (Recruitment, Training, HR Audit, Accounting and Financial Management, Labor Law etc.).

An experience acquired through work experiences in France (Marseille, Paris etc.), Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt) and in more than 10 countries in Africa (Congo-Brazzaville, DRC, Senegal, Ghana, Mali, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Mauritius, Tunisia etc.) for major international groups, institutions, SMEs, NGOs, etc. in issues related to top and middle-management as in low-skilled positions thus testifying to my versatility and my adaptability.

Managing today a training center in Congo-Brazzaville, these last 10 years have rather been turned, for me, towards the field of training through, notably, the technique of subtitling.

Initially, a passion in my spare time as a film enthusiast but which I gradually transformed into an expertise by having my technical innovations submitted to, notably, the African Intellectual Property Organization (AIPO) related to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Indeed, in 2020, I filed a patent (or rather, to be more precise, a utility model) using the field of subtitling in apprenticeship training.
Not claiming to have invented subtitling, my main wish was to secure my unique methods of trainig that I use daily in this field.

With a Master’s degree in English obtained at the university of Aix en Provence, a Zertifikat Deutsch (European B2 level), and having family in Angola that I visit regularly, I have a fluent level in English and I'm at least intermediate in German and Portuguese. I also have solid notions in Spanish and Italian having partners for these languages regarding my daily training activities within my center.

Je cumule à ce jour plus de 18 ans d'expérience dans le domaine large et varié des Resources Humaines (Recrutement, Formation, Audit RH, Gestion comptable et financière, Droit du Travail etc.), une expérience acquise au travers dexpériences de travail en France (Marseille, Paris etc.), en Allemagne (Berlin, Francfort) et dans plus de 10 pays en Afrique (Congo-Brazzaville, RDC, Sénégal, Ghana, Mali, Kenya, Côte d'ivoire, Île Maurice, Tunisie etc.) pour de grands groupes internationaux, institutions, PME, ONGs etc. dans des problématiques liées à des postes de Top et Middle-management comme à des postes à basse qualification témoignant ainsi de ma polyvalence et de ma capacité d'adaptation.

Possédant aujourd'hui un centre de formation au Congo-Brazzaville, ces 10 dernières années ont plutôt été tourné, pour moi, vers le domaine de la formation à travers, notammnt, la technique du sous-titrage.

Au départ, une passion à mes heures perdues en tant que cinéphile mais que j'ai progressivement transformé en expertise faisant déposer mes innovations techniques auprès, notamment, de l'Organisation Africaine de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OAPI) reliée à l'Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI).

En effet, en 2020, j'ai déposé un brevet (ou plutôt, pour être plus précis, un modèle d'utilité) ayant recours au domaine du sous-titrage dans des formations d'apprentissage.

Ne prétendant pas avoir inveté le sous-titrage, j'ai surtout souhaité protéger mes cocepts uniques d'apprentissage que j'utilise au quotidien dans ce domaine

Doté d'un Master en  Anglais obtenu à l'niversité d'Aix en Provence, d'un Zertifikat Deutsch (niveau B2 européen), et possédant de la famille en Angola que je visite régulièrement, j'ai un niveau courant en Anglais et au minimum intermédiaire en Allemand et e Portugais. Je possède également de solides notions en espagnol et en italien ayant des partenaires pour ces langues quant à mes activités quotidiennes de formation au sein de mon centre.
